Regulation 1
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Building Control (Licensing of Builders) Regulations 2008 and shall, with the exception of Part V, come into operation on 18th December 2008.(2) Part V of these Regulations shall come into operation on 16th June 2009.
Subregulation 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Building Control (Licensing of Builders) Regulations 2008 and shall, with the exception of Part V, come into operation on 18th December 2008.
Subregulation 2
Part V of these Regulations shall come into operation on 16th June 2009.
