How to start appeal
Subregulation 1
An appeal against an appealable decision of the competent authority must be made to the Minister by lodging, within the time delimited by section 16D(5) or 16E(5) of the Act (as the case may be), a notice of appeal in accordance with regulation 13.
Subregulation 2
On receiving the notice of appeal, the Appeals Secretary must forward a copy of it to the Minister.
