Regulation 15

Appeal number, etc.

On receiving a notice of appeal, the Appeals Secretary must —

(a)

affix to the notice of appeal an official stamp showing the date on which the notice of appeal was received;

(b)

enter the notice of appeal in a list and assign a number to it;

(c)

inform the appellant of the number assigned under paragraph (b); and

(d)

subject to regulations 16, 17 and 18, without delay send a copy of the notice of appeal to the competent authority.
