Withdrawal of appeal
Subregulation 1
An appellant may, at any time and with the permission of the Minister, withdraw the appellant’s notice of appeal.
Subregulation 2
Where the Minister grants permission under paragraph (1), the Minister may require the Appeals Secretary to publish a notice of the withdrawal of the appeal in a manner that will secure adequate publicity to any other party to the appeal about the fact of the withdrawal.
