Regulation 28

Failure to comply with directions or time limits

In considering any appeal, the Minister may disregard any notice, response or other submission or document served on the Minister after the expiry of the time limit for the service of the notice, response, submission or document imposed by any provision of this Part or any direction of the Minister.
