Regulation 29

Non-attendance of parties

If, at the time appointed for the hearing of persons at an appeal, any party to the appeal proceedings does not appear, the Minister may, if satisfied that the party has been duly notified of the hearing, proceed with the hearing and make any decision that he or she thinks fit for the purposes of the Act.
