Regulation 10

Inspection

An officer of the Authority may, for the purposes of these Regulations —

(a)

enter the premises of any oil handling facility;

(b)

inspect and take samples of the stock of dispersants kept at the oil handling facility and inspect the equipment maintained at the facility; or

(c)

by notice require any person to provide such information or document as the officer may reasonably require.
