Procedure on cancellation or suspension of pesticide operator’s certificate
Rule 11 shall apply, with the necessary modifications, upon the cancellation or suspension of a pesticide operator’s certificate under section 13 of the Act as they apply upon the cancellation or suspension of a licence under rule 11(1).
