Regulation 11

Duty of registrant upon cancellation of registration

Upon the cancellation of the registration of a pesticide under rule 10, the registrant shall, unless the Director-General otherwise directs, forthwith take such steps as are reasonable and necessary to have the registration mark removed, cancelled or obliterated from every container, package or label on which he has printed the registration mark.

Subregulation 2

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
