Subregulation 1

The Director-General shall maintain, in such form as he thinks fit, a register of all pesticides which have been registered under these Rules.

Subregulation 2

Any person may, with the approval of the Director-General or an officer authorised by him, inspect the register or obtain from the Director-General or the authorised officer any information contained therein in respect of any registered pesticide.
