Regulation 10
Records to be kept by Community Service Officer
Subregulation 1
A Community Service Officer shall maintain case-records on each offender placed under his supervision and such case-records shall include any record made under regulation 8(2)(b) and any record of any action taken under regulation 8(3) or (4) in respect of the offender.
Subregulation 2
All case-records shall be filed at the office of the Chief Probation Officer.
