Regulation 11
Giving false information in relation to post-certification tests
The holder of a certificate issued in respect of a regulated fire safety product, or, where the holder is not a Singapore person, the local representative appointed by the holder, who gives false information to an accredited laboratory or an accredited certification body in connection with any post‑certification test of the regulated fire safety product knowing that, or reckless or negligent as to whether, the information is false shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
