Regulation 12
Authorisation to serve documents through electronic service system
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 43A(4)(f) of the Act, a document in relation to a matter specified in the First Schedule is authorised to be served through the electronic service system on the Authority.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of section 43A(2)(h), (3)(f) and (4)(f) of the Act, a document in relation to a matter specified in the Second Schedule is authorised to be served through the electronic service system on an individual or entity.
