Regulation 3

A certificate issued by an authorised organisation under the revoked Merchant Shipping (Authorised Organisations) Regulations (Rg 18, 1997 Ed.) or the cancelled Notification relating to Approved Organisations for Surveying Ships (N 2) shall continue in force for such period specified in the certificate or until it is cancelled in accordance with the provisions of the Act, as if these Regulations had not been enacted.
