Regulation 13
Seizing or return of rough diamonds
Where any export or import of rough diamonds is in contravention of regulation 6, 10 or 12, an authorised officer may —
(a)
seize the shipment; or
(b)
order the return of shipment to —
(i)
in the case of a contravention of regulation 6, the person exporting the shipment out of Singapore; and
(ii)
in the case of a contravention of regulation 10 or 12, the person from whom the shipment was imported into Singapore.
