Composition of offences

Offences under regulations 5 to 8, 11,12, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23, 26, 31, 38, 44, 46 and 49, and regulation 50A as in force before 2 January 2019, may be compounded in accordance with section 44 of the Act.
