Regulation 55

Where a passenger or person accepts a ticket, he shall be treated as having agreed that each and every limitation and exemption from liability afforded by these Regulations to the Authority, its licensee or any person appointed by the Authority or its licensee to grant a ticket, shall extend to each official, employee or agent of the Authority, its licensee or any person appointed by the Authority or its licensee to grant tickets.
