Provisional measures
Subregulation 1
Provisional measures may be taken only after the publication of the notice of affirmative preliminary determination.
Subregulation 2
The period for the application of provisional measures must not exceed —
(a)
in the case of a countervailing duty investigation, 4 months; and
(b)
in the case of an anti-dumping duty investigation —
(i)
6 months; or
(ii)
on the decision of the Minister upon the request by exporters representing a significant percentage of the trade involved, 9 months.
