Regulation 10
Subregulation 1
The Minister must make a preliminary determination under section 7 or 21 of the Act within 90 days from the date of publication of the notice of initiation of investigation.
Subregulation 2
In special circumstances, the Minister may extend the time period for making a preliminary determination by an additional period not exceeding 90 days.
