Regulation 12
of Darjah Utama Nila Utama (The Order of Nila Utama) Rules 1996
Regulation 12
The Chancellor of the Order of Nila Utama shall —
(a)
be appointed by the President from among the members of the Order;
(b)
hold the Seal of the Order; and
(c)
countersign all Warrants signed by the President.
