Fee for application for registration

For the purpose of section 6(a) of the Act, the prescribed fee is —

(a)

where the application is for the registration of a pesticide — $320; and

(b)

where the application is for the registration of a vector repellent — $320.

Any fee paid under paragraph (1) is not refundable.
