Fees payable for electronic transmission

The fees prescribed in the Planning (Fees) Rules (R7) for the time being in force shall apply to any application, appeal, request or other document that may be submitted, served or made to or on the competent authority by any person in the form of an electronic record through the relevant electronic service.
