Digital signatures to be used for electronic transmission by subscribers

An electronic record to be transmitted through the relevant electronic service to the competent authority under these Rules by the subscriber of a certificate shall be signed with a digital signature.
Subregulation 2
Such digital signature shall be capable of being verified by reference to the public key listed in the subscriber’s certificate.
Subregulation 3
The electronic record signed with such digital signature shall be transmitted to the competent authority during the operational period of the certificate and in accordance with the provisions of the operation manual.
