Citation
This Notification may be cited as the Trade Marks (Application of Section 75 to Foreign States) Notification.
Foreign States
Section 75 of the Act shall be applicable to the foreign States set out in the Schedule so long as in the case of each State this notification continues in force with respect to that State:
