Regulation 10

Subject to paragraph (2), the provisions of section 10 of the Act shall apply so as to confer a right of priority in relation to protection of an international registration designating Singapore, as they apply in relation to registering a trade mark under the Act.

The manner of claiming priority shall be determined in accordance with the Madrid Protocol and the Common Regulations.
