Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Nurses and Midwives (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2006.

Nurses and Midwives (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2006 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation NMA-S390-2006 1999, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1999.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Nurses and Midwives (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2006.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Singapore Nursing Board in accordance with section 43A(1) of the Act: (a)any offence under section 18(7), 19(4), 26(1), 27(3), 28(3), 29(2), 35, 36(5)(b) or 38(2) of the Act; and
any offence under regulation 23(2) or 52(3) of the Nurses and Midwives Regulations 2012 (G.N. No. S 119/2012).
