Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage (Agreements for Services relating to Sewage) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2013.

Sewerage and Drainage (Agreements for Services relating to Sewage) Regulations 2013 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation SDCPA-S47-2013 1999, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1999.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Sewerage and Drainage (Agreements for Services relating to Sewage) Regulations 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2013.
Agreements for services relating to sewage
The Board may, in connection with any of the following services relating to sewage provided by the Board, charge prices for such services by way of agreement with the person to whom the service is provided:
the treatment and disposal of used water stored in storage tanks on board ships;
the treatment and disposal of greasy waste;
the treatment and disposal of organic sludge arising from the pre‑treatment of used water prior to discharge of the used water into the public sewerage system.
