Regulation 2
Agreements for services relating to sewage
The Board may, in connection with any of the following services relating to sewage provided by the Board, charge prices for such services by way of agreement with the person to whom the service is provided:
(a)
the treatment and disposal of used water stored in storage tanks on board ships;
(b)
the treatment and disposal of greasy waste;
(c)
the treatment and disposal of organic sludge arising from the pre‑treatment of used water prior to discharge of the used water into the public sewerage system.
