This Notification is the Telecommunications (Designated Business Trust) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 19 July 2017.
The Authority declares NetLink NBN Trust to be a designated business trust for the purposes of Part VA of the Act.
The Telecommunications (Designated Business Trust) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 191/2012) is cancelled.
