Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Compoundable Offences) Rules 2023 and come into operation on 5 June 2023.

Wholesome Meat and Fish (Compoundable Offences) Rules 2023 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation WMFA-S323-2023 1999, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1999.
Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Compoundable Offences) Rules 2023 and come into operation on 5 June 2023.
Compoundable offences
The following offences are prescribed as compoundable offences for the purposes of section 39 of the Act:
an offence under section 5(2), 6(4), 9(3), 10(3), 11(2), 12(2), 15(3), 16(3), 17(2), 18(2), 19(2), 20(2), 21(3), 22(2), 23(2), 24(3), 25(8) or (9), 26(2)(a), 29 or 30 of the Act;
an offence under section 15(3) read with section 22(3) of the Act.
