Citation
This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (United States of America) Order.
Declaration of the United States of America as prescribed foreign country
The United States of America is hereby declared as a prescribed foreign country for the purposes of Part III of the Act.
Assistance under sections 22, 26, 29 and 33 of the Act may only be provided to the United States of America for a criminal matter in respect of an offence against the corresponding drug law of the United States of America.
