reg 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Union of Myanmar) Order 2009 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 22nd January 2009.
reg 2Declaration of Union of Myanmar as prescribed foreign country
The Union of Myanmar is hereby declared as a prescribed foreign country for the purposes of Part III of the Act.
