Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Kingdom of Thailand) Order 2013 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 31st January 2013.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Kingdom of Thailand) Order 2013 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 31st January 2013.
Declaration of Kingdom of Thailand as prescribed foreign country
The Kingdom of Thailand is hereby declared as a prescribed foreign country for the purposes of Part III of the Act.
