Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (India) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 4th November 2005.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (India) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 4th November 2005.
Declaration of India as prescribed foreign country
India is hereby declared as a prescribed foreign country for the purposes of Part III of the Act.
