Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Socialist Republic of Vietnam) Order 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 25th October 2005.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Socialist Republic of Vietnam) Order 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 25th October 2005.
Declaration of Socialist Republic of Vietnam as prescribed foreign country
The Socialist Republic of Vietnam is hereby declared as a prescribed foreign country for the purposes of Part III of the Act.
