Regulation 18

Agents

Any act required or authorised under these Rules to be done by or to a person in connection with —

(a)

a request for protection of a design as a protected international design (Singapore); or

(b)

any procedure relating to a protected international design (Singapore),may be done by or to an agent authorised by that person orally or in writing.
