Priority
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (2), section 12 of the Act shall apply so as to confer a right of priority in relation to the protection of an international registration designating Singapore, as it applies in relation to the registration of a design under the Act.
Subregulation 2
The manner of claiming priority shall be determined in accordance with the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement and the Common Regulations.
