An application for a practising certificate under section 17 of the Act shall be in such form as the Board may provide, and shall be accompanied by the fee specified in the First Schedule.
Subregulation 2
A practising certificate shall be granted for a period not exceeding 2 years from the date of issue of the practising certificate.
