Professional conduct and ethics

Subregulation 1
A registered person shall maintain high standards of ethical and professional conduct and provide proper and adequate service to his patients in the prescribed practice of traditional Chinese medicine for which he has been registered.

Without limiting paragraph (1), a registered person must comply with the following:
(a)
all standards of professional conduct and ethics determined by the Board;
(b)
all pronouncements on professional matters issued by the Board.
