17. Record of inquiry

The record of the inquiry comprises the following:

information obtained at the hearing;

copies of all relevant statements, documents and reports used during the investigation;

the report of the Inquiry Committee.

The information obtained at the hearing may be in the form of question and answer or a narrative.

Despite the information obtained at the hearing being in the form of a narrative, the Inquiry Committee may record any particular question and answer.
