Regulation 30

Licence to subject to conditions, etc.

An electrical or supply installation licence or a renewal of such licence granted under these Regulations shall be —

(a)

valid for the period stated therein unless it is earlier revoked or suspended in accordance with section 76 of the Act; and

(b)

subject to such conditions as the Authority may, from time to time, determine.
