Electricity (Repurposing of Installations) Regulations 2025 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation EA-S451-2025 2001, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2001.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Electricity (Repurposing of Installations) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 July 2025.
Exclusions from section 38A of Act
The relevant installations specified in the Schedule are excluded from the application of section 38A of the Act.
