This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Electricity Trading Licence) (Exemption) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2010.

Regulation 2

Exemption from section 6(1)(f) of Act

Section 6(1)(f) of the Act shall not apply to any person who trades in the wholesale electricity market for the sole purpose of purchasing electricity wholly for his own consumption.
