41. Penalties
Feedback & supportA licensed gas service worker who —
(a)
contravenes regulation 36 or 38; or
(b)
fails to comply with the requirements of the authorised officer made under regulation 40,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
