Exemption from section 6(1)(h) of Act

Subject to paragraph 4, section 6(1)(h) of the Act shall not apply to Singapore LNG Corporation Pte. Ltd. for the period between 25th January 2013 and 28th January 2040 (both dates inclusive) in respect of the import of LNG for the purpose of commissioning of any equipment used at the LNG terminal.
