Persons responsible for inspection and maintenance, etc., of gas installation
For the purposes of section 29(3) of the Act —
(a)
the persons specified in the second column of the Schedule are prescribed as responsible for the inspection of the part of a gas installation specified in the first column of the Schedule opposite the persons; and
(b)
the persons specified in the third column of the Schedule are prescribed as responsible for the maintenance, repair and renewal of the part of a gas installation specified in the first column of the Schedule opposite the persons.
