3. Board of Trustees

There shall be a Board of Trustees consisting of —
a Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Home Affairs, who is also the Chairman;

the Commissioner of Police;
the Director, Internal Security Department;
the Commissioner of Civil Defence;
the Director of the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau;
the Commissioner of Prisons;
the Director of the Central Narcotics Bureau; and (ha)[Deleted by S 326/2012 wef 29/06/2012]
such other trustees, not being more than 8, as the Minister may from time to time appoint.
The Minister may appoint a Deputy Chairman from among the trustees in paragraph (1)(c) to (i).
The trustees may be paid such allowances as may be determined by the Minister.
Subregulation 1
