Regulation 36
Deduction for gratuities received
Where an officer exercising an option under regulation 32 to convert to the INVEST Plan has received a pro-rated advance gratuity in respect of his service, an amount equivalent to the pro-rated advance gratuity received by him shall be deducted from the preserved pension, allowance or gratuity, as the case may be.
