Regulation 6
Arrears
Except in so far as the Minister otherwise directs, with respect to any particular case or class of cases, payment of any award under these Regulations shall not be made in respect of any period preceding the date of the application or appeal as a result of which the claim to the award, or to the continuance or resumption of the payment of the award, as the case may be, is accepted.
