19. Penalties under Subdivision 2 of Division 1 of Part VII of Act extended by this Part

Section 137D(1) of the Act applies to any person who —

intentionally or recklessly contravenes —

section 135, 136(1) or (2) or 137 of the Act, as applied by regulation 15;

section 137A of the Act as applied by regulation 16; or

section 137B of the Act as applied by regulation 17; or

in purported compliance with any provision mentioned in sub-paragraph (a)(i) or (iii), furnishes any information which the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular or is reckless as to whether it is,as it applies to a person mentioned in section 137D(1) of the Act.

Section 137D(2) of the Act applies to any person who —

contravenes —

section 135, 136(1) or (2) or 137 of the Act, as applied by regulation 15;

section 137A of the Act as applied by regulation 16; or

section 137B of the Act as applied by regulation 17; or

in purported compliance with any provision mentioned in sub-paragraph (a)(i) or (iii), furnishes any information which is false or misleading in a material particular,as it applies to a person mentioned in section 137D(2) of the Act.

Section 137D(1) of the Act applies to any person who —

intentionally or recklessly contravenes —

section 135, 136(1) or (2) or 137 of the Act, as applied by regulation 15;

section 137A of the Act as applied by regulation 16; or

section 137B of the Act as applied by regulation 17; or

in purported compliance with any provision mentioned in sub-paragraph (a)(i) or (iii), furnishes any information which the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular or is reckless as to whether it is,as it applies to a person mentioned in section 137D(1) of the Act.

Section 137D(2) of the Act applies to any person who —

contravenes —

section 135, 136(1) or (2) or 137 of the Act, as applied by regulation 15;

section 137A of the Act as applied by regulation 16; or

section 137B of the Act as applied by regulation 17; or

in purported compliance with any provision mentioned in sub-paragraph (a)(i) or (iii), furnishes any information which is false or misleading in a material particular,as it applies to a person mentioned in section 137D(2) of the Act.
